Meet Brian Glashow

Brian Glashow

How long have you been practicing yoga? 3 plus years practice at BYS plus another year or two on and off in different styles.

Current happy pose? My happy pose right now is the forearm balance.  As I'm getting more comfortable on my forearms, I am starting to be able to explore variations.
Current nemesis pose? My nemesis is the easy pigeon, how embarrassing! My lower back just refuses to be flexible, it will be a long road opening up.
