Headstand chosen by Katurah Hutcheson
I do this pose a lot. This upending of the body, mind and heart seems like the perfect thing to do when things spin out of control, in other words, daily. Why not throw the whole thing into reverse? I do it as a way of remembering that figuring things out is overrated. That if I can do this simple physical upside down thing, and take the shape, the feet rest, the heart rests, and the mind rests, and things get un-entangled. If you really take your time with the pose, going incrementally through the stages of it, and stay, and bring everything you have to it through the moments of fear that balancing on the head can bring, the rewards will be tremendous. See your yourself.
